On behalf of its Office Fund III, PingProperties has reached agreement with Heijmans on a long-term extension of the lease for the office building at Graafsebaan 65 in Rosmalen, comprising approx. 10,200 m² and 240 parking spaces.
Heijmans has been based in Rosmalen since its formation in 1923 and consequently has strong ties with the local area. The building at Graafsebaan 65 was built by Heijmans in 2004 and since then has been in use as its head office. In 2010 PingProperties acquired the ownership of the building for one of its investment funds, that is part of a office portfolio of about 60,000 m². Previous investments have improved the sustainability of the building, so that it now boasts an energy label A to comply with the very latest sustainability standards for office space.
