PingProperties delivers new carwash for BOB Autowas in Rotterdam IJsselmonde

On behalf of one of its companies, PingProperties has developed a brand-new, hypermodern carwash in cooperation with BOB Autowas. The carwash is located at Drachmestraat 2 on the Cornelisland business park in Rotterdam IJsselmonde. The development is on a plot of 3,500 m² and the building itself has a floor area of 2,812 m². The addition of this carwash has increased considerably the catchment area served by BOB Autowas in the Rijnmond region. The carwash in fact complements the existing BOB Autowas branches in Rotterdam-Zuid and Schiedam.

The trust that has been built up between PingProperties and BOB Autowas over many years has led to excellent cooperation with this development as the result. PingProperties financed the construction of the carwash by BOB Autowas, while BOB Autowas, which has recently moved into the new building, committed itself to the site with a 15-year lease.

About the branch
The new carwash has been specially developed in cooperation with the lessee and is also the first brand-new development of BOB Autowas. Construction has taken a year. The carwash is equipped with the very latest technical carwash innovation and guarantees a unique carwash experience. Its location at the intersection of the A15 and A16 motorways makes BOB Autowas IJsselmonde extremely accessible. The new carwash is a great addition to the existing BOB Autowas sites. It is on the edge of a new residential district and means that Bob Autowas is now able to serve the entire Rotterdam-Rijnmond region.
