PingProperties develops real estate funds in the Netherlands in which a limited number of strategic investment partners participate.

We provide our services to leading family offices and investment companies. We built on an intensive cooperation with these investors and each one of them can rely on our dedicated services. PingInvestors, which also conducts the management of PingProperties, is one of the possible investment partners.

With a proven track record and a team with more than 20 years of professional experience in the property market, PingProperties has built up a very strong position and critical mass.

Currently PingProperties has 800 million euros of assets under management and is located in Amsterdam with a staff of around 30 professionals.

What do we stand for?

PingProperties’ main priority is the investment partner. The results we can offer our clients are more important than making profit. What is good for our clients will be good for us.

Integrity is of paramount importance, which means that we act fairly and honestly. We are intrinsically reliable: we say what we do and do what we say, have no hidden agendas and no false pretences. We are not influenced by improper motives. We do not do business with companies or people with dubious reputations.

Our way of working is characterized by transparent communication, creative solutions and decisiveness. These are our core values.

What are we aiming for?

PingProperties focuses on real estate funds that are characterized by attractive and stable returns.

First we find the investment, then we arrange the funding. This gives us the flexibility we need to operate in the market and act swiftly at the appropriate time.

Using our in-depth knowledge of the market, we develop the investment in conjunction with a team of experts in order to make it marketable from a legal, tax and economic perspective. If the investment turns out to be sound, we give the go-ahead and begin the equity process by finding investment partners. PingInvestors, which also conducts the management of PingProperties, is one of the possible investment partners.

Our investors are involved in PingProperties right from the start. We meet them frequently to discuss the fund strategy and the developments within the fund.

How do we plan to achieve our goals?

In order to find strong investment assets in today's market, we focus on corporate organizations looking to restructure their accommodation. Such investments have a low risk profile and very attractive (indirect) returns.

Our track record, our knowledge of the market and our corporate network enables us to keep a keen eye on the market and attract lucrative investment opportunities.

Our expertise in (re)structuring issues as well as the commercial and technical knowledge of buildings allows us to quickly decide if we are interested and/or whether we can manage the investment from a financial and managerial point of view. We structure these assets, in a new or existing ‘Corporate Office fund'.
