What information do we collect from you?

Below is an overview of the personal data that we process:

> other personal data that you actively provide when you create a profile on our website, in any written correspondence and during a telephone conversation with us.


We do not process any special and/or sensitive personal data. Of course you are not obliged to provide your personal data. However, if you do not wish to provide your personal data or fail to do so, it is possible that we will not and/or cannot perform our services for you.

What do we use this information for (on what grounds)?

Unless we have obtained your prior consent, we will not collect or use data for purposes other than those described in this privacy statement

The law prescribes that if personal data are provided, there must be legal grounds to do so. PingProperties processes personal data on the following grounds:

More specifically, we process your personal data:

PingProperties does not take decisions using automated processing techniques on matters that could affect individuals.


Your data are stored on PingProperties’ own secure servers. We will not combine these data with any other personal data we may have.


Your data will be kept for some time, but only as long as is necessary for the purpose for which the data are stored or collected. An exception to this is a statutory regulation that obliges us to keep your data for a longer period of time.

With whom do we share your data? ​

Your profile is stored with an external Analytics service (Google Analytics). These data are stored for an indefinite period of time within Google Analytics.

Your information will also be shared with various parties if we need to do so to enable us to perform our services or agreements and to comply with our statutory obligation. These third parties include in any case:

> the hosting provider that has our website on its server;

> the bank that handles our payments;

> the party or parties taking care of our accounts;

> the party (Mailchimp) we use to send our newsletters;

> the party we may use to collect a claim.


What is a cookie?

Website security

We keep our website as secure as possible. Your connection is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). In addition, we ensure that the website is properly maintained and regularly scanned for vulnerabilities in order to guarantee good security.

Your rights

We offer you the possibility to access, change or delete your personal data provided to us. You are also entitled to restrict the processing of personal data. Send your request by email to To help us process your request, you must be able to identify yourself, so please enclose a copy of your proof of identity. Your passport photo, machine readable zone and BSN number should be blocked out. We will do our utmost to help you as soon as possible, but you will in any case receive our response within 30 days.


If your data is processed with your consent, you will have the right at all times to withdraw your consent. We will cease processing your data immediately after you have sent us a request to this effect.

Complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority

We believe it is important that our services are transparent, personal and reliable. In addition, we process your personal data carefully and securely. Nevertheless, if you suspect that we are misusing your personal data, we would like you to bring this to our attention so that we can adapt our processes, if necessary. We are also obliged to draw your attention to the fact that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
