Siemens complex redeveloped into Dutch Tech Campus
Dutch Tech Campus is located on the former Siemens complex in the heart of the Randstad, along the A12 motorway in Zoetermeer. The location currently consists of 130,000 sqm with 10 buildings consisting of 42,412 sqm of office space, high-quality business and production space, where renowned / successful technology companies such as Siemens, Teleplan and Sivantos have established themselves. Dutch Tech Campus is part of Dutch Innovation Park. The campus is excellent located: directly along the A12 and within walking distance of a new Lansingerland train station.
In 2015, PingProperties acquired the complex from Siemens via a sales-and-lease back structure. From that moment on PingProperties started the repositioning of the complex to campus concept (Dutch Tech Campus), the improvement of the communal facilities and the mobility. The addition of new companies has created the opportunity to share knowledge and collaborate. PingProperties is working hard to create an inspiring working environment with mutual synergistic effects. Various successful companies in the field of smart technology, IT and logistics have now been established on the campus. The campus offers various facilities such as a brasserie, meeting rooms, event services, hostess and campus bicycles. At the beginning of 2018, the service extension was further improved by a substantial improvement in the hospitality industry, and the provision of board-room meeting rooms.
PingProperties has redeveloped the former Siemens complex into an inspiring campus with its own identity and consistent rental occupation. The campus also offers plenty of opportunities for further development for the future.
