Renovation and sustainability improvements of large-scale office complex

Acquisition of the Siemens complex via a sale-and-leaseback construction. Following the acquisition, the office building has been renovated and its sustainability improved (LEED Platinum Certification and LEED Gold Certification) for an exceptionally stable lessee (S&P: A+) with a long-term lease. Apart from Siemens, PharmaPartners and Worley also have offices in the complex. Thanks to this acquisition, PingProperties has created a lasting difference for Siemens by enabling it to bring all its activities together at a single, central prime location in the heart of The Hague. The former Siemens site (Siemens Tech Campus in Zoetermeer) has also been acquired by PingProperties for redevelopment.
