PingProperties enters into a long-term lease with Smits van Burgst Beveiliging

PingProperties recently leased approx. 845 m² in the America Tower to Smits van Burgst Beveiliging B.V. from Oosterhout. The lease will commence on 1 January 2019.
America Tower fully let
The America Tower is located in Hoevestijn office park and was built to a post-modernist design by Hooper architectural firm, established in Oosterhout. The building is 6,000 m² in size and is situated in a high-profile location along the A27 motorway (Utrecht/Breda) and is therefore regarded as a landmark of Oosterhout. The conclusion of this lease means that the building is now fully let. Other lessees in the building are PharmaPartners, Mondeléz Nederland and ICT Group.

PingProperties recently signed a 10-year lease with Batenburg JB Systems for office space of approx. 1,254 m2 and 28 parking spaces in its office building known as S-DOCK in Schiedam. Following the renovation in mid-2025 Batenburg JB Systems will occupy the entire 11th and 12th floors.
