PingProperties leases more than 1,150 m² to Peple in the Koploper in Amersfoort

PingProperties has signed a long-term lease with Peple B.V., part of the Visma Group, for around 1,158 m² of office space and 41 parking spaces in the Koploper office building at Stationsplein 89 in Amersfoort.

The arrival of Peple enhances the position of the Koploper as a high-quality office location right next to Amersfoort Central Station. Peple, part of the international Visma Group, is a leading Dutch supplier of HR, salary and financial software and will facilitate its further growth from its new offices in the Koploper. Khonraad Engineering B.V. and Visma Circle, both part of the Visma Group, will also move into the leased office space.

As part of the lease, PingProperties is investing in high-quality sustainability improvements to the building. The Koploper is being upgraded to energy label A+++ and will obtain BREEAM In-Use ‘Very Good’ certification. In addition, the leased floor is to be delivered fully renovated and will include a new ceiling system with LED lighting and finished walls, ready for the new occupier to fit out the office space as it wishes.
