PingProperties has signed two new long-term lease agreements at Stadshart Zoetermeer with Faceland and Budget Plaza. Both leases commence on 1 August and have a term of five years. These new lettings further strengthen the shopping centre’s daily convenience offering and enhance its retail mix.
Faceland has leased approximately 108 sqm of retail space at Promenade 192. The leading provider of cosmetic treatments adds a popular service concept to the shopping centre. Budget Plaza has signed a long-term lease for approximately 73 sqm of retail space at Noordwaarts 71. The retailer offers a broad range of products at competitive prices, making it a strong addition to the centre’s daily convenience offering.
“With the arrival of Faceland and Budget Plaza, we continue to invest in an attractive and future-proof retail offering,” says Jeroen Puik, Asset Manager at PingProperties. “Both concepts strengthen the diversity of the shopping centre and contribute to a vibrant daily convenience destination for visitors from Zoetermeer and the surrounding region.”
The lettings are in line with PingProperties’ strategy to further develop Stadshart Zoetermeer as a distinctive destination where convenience retail, shopping and services reinforce one another. The addition of these retailers further enhances the shopping centre’s appeal for both visitors and retailers.
PingProperties was commercially advised by Kokelenberg & Ouwehand Vastgoed Adviseurs in the letting to Budget Plaza. The lease agreement with Faceland was concluded directly by PingProperties.
