PingProperties completed first transaction with HCOB

PingProperties has completed a long-term refinancing with Hamburg Commercial Bank AG (HCOB). The refinancing involves an amount of EUR 24 million. It is the first time PingProperties has concluded financing with HCOB.
The refinancing contributes to PingProperties’ strategy to generate long-term stable returns. HCOB, headquartered in Hamburg, is pleased to expand its commitment in neighbouring European countries with this financing. With this financing, which has been established by HCOB within 4 weeks, PingProperties is entering into a new relationship.
About the portfolio
The portfolio was established by PingProperties in 2013 by combining several head offices together. The portfolio consists of several offices at prime locations in the Randstad with a total floor space of more than 22,000 m². All buildings function as headquarters for the tenants.

PingProperties signs new lease with Trekpleister for Stadshart Daily Plaza in Zoetermeer
PingProperties has signed a new long-term lease with ‘Trekpleister’ for Stadshart Daily Plaza covered shopping centre in Zoetermeer. The chemist will lease around 250 m² of retail space on the first floor opposite Dirk supermarket. Trekpleister expects to open its doors in festive style in December, at the same time as Dirk.
