Ivon Pruijsers new CFO at PingProperties
As of 1 October, Ivon Pruijsers RA will be employed by PingProperties as CFO. Ivon will be responsible for the daily control and monitoring of the Finance department.
The Finance department is responsible for a good financial (administrative) policy of the organization as a whole as well as for the financial handling and reporting of the various funds. After working for more than 9 years in accountancy (6 years EY, 3 years at an SME office), Ivon has worked with various clients through CFOLab, including at PingProperties.

The ibis Styles Amsterdam Airport celebrates its 3 year anniversary! The 143-room lifestyle hotel was created in 2016 from the redevelopment of the former office building of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND). Since then, PingProperties, together with the enthusiastic hotel team, has successfully carried out day-to-day management.
PingProperties concludes financing agreement for Blauwhoed Head Office in Rotterdam
PingProperties has concluded a financing agreement with RNHB for the head office of project developer Blauwhoed at Lichtenauerlaan 80 in Rotterdam. PingProperties acquired the Blauwhoed building in August this year on behalf of one of its investors by means of a long-term sale-and-leaseback arrangement. The building was acquired in an all-equity deal. During the coming months PingProperties expects to let the last vacant space in the building, bringing the business plan further to completion.
PingProperties purchases head office of drinking water company Dunea Zoetermeer
PingProperties is adding to its property portfolio with the purchase of the head office of the drinking water company Dunea in Zoetermeer. The purchase was made for the recently launched PingProperties Corporate Office fund XII and is in keeping with PingProperties’ vision to establish connections in the long term with high-potential assets. PingProperties attracted new finance from NIBC for this purchase.
