Ivon Pruijsers new CFO at PingProperties

As of 1 October, Ivon Pruijsers RA will be employed by PingProperties as CFO. Ivon will be responsible for the daily control and monitoring of the Finance department.
The Finance department is responsible for a good financial (administrative) policy of the organization as a whole as well as for the financial handling and reporting of the various funds. After working for more than 9 years in accountancy (6 years EY, 3 years at an SME office), Ivon has worked with various clients through CFOLab, including at PingProperties.

Cascade office complex in Groningen is Paris Proof ready
The Cascade complex, situated at a unique location next to Groningen central railway station, is well on the way to becoming fully Paris Proof. PingProperties develops Stadshart Daily Plaza in collaboration with Van Wijnen construction company
PingProperties recently signed a building contract with Van Wijnen for the development of the covered shopping arcade in Stadshart Zoetermeer (approx. 13,000 m² GFA), which is being transformed into the ‘Stadshart Daily Plaza’ daily convenience centre.
