PingProperties refinances America Tower in Oosterhout

PingProperties has finalized a refinancing arrangement, which it already had with ING, for the PingProperties Corporate Office fund VI.
PingProperties Corporate Office fund VI has the America Tower, situated in the Hoevestijn office park, in its portfolio. The sustainable building (energy label A) has a lettable floor area of approx. 6,000m² and 185 parking spaces. Smits van Burgst Beveiliging B.V. will take up office space in January 2019, which means that the entire building is now let. Other lessees in the building are PharmaPartners, Mondeléz Nederland and ICT Group.
The America Tower is situated in the Hoevestijn office park, built according to a postmodernist design by Hooper architects based in Oosterhout. The building has a floor area of 6,000 m² and is at a highly visible location along the A27 motorway (Utrecht/Breda), making it a prominent landmark in Oosterhout.
The renewal of this financing arrangement was brought about by PingProperties itself.
