PingProperties boosts Metropool with arrival of AI scale-up Billy Grace

PingProperties has signed a long-term lease with AI-software company Billy Grace for around 914 m² LFA of office space in the Metropool building at Weesperstraat 61 in Amsterdam. The lease takes effect on 1 November 2026 for an initial term of five years.
Metropool offers innovative businesses a modern, future-proof work environment that provides opportunities for growth, collaboration and further development. With the arrival of Billy Grace, the building is strengthening its position as a hub for forward-thinking enterprises in AI, software and data.

PingProperties invests further in sustainability improvements at DTC Zoetermeer
