PingProperties sells BOB Autowas in Amsterdam-Noord

PingProperties has sold its light industrial asset at Monitorstraat 17 in Amsterdam-Noord to BOB Autowas B.V. The property comprises a BOB Autowas location situated next to the NDSM site. The sale to the occupier of the property marks the successful conclusion of the collaboration surrounding this location.

PingProperties acquired the property in 2022 for its light industrial portfolio. The property comprises a 1,677 sqm site with approximately 450 sqm of existing lettable floor area, accommodating a car wash facility, vacuum area and self-service wash bays.

Following the sale to BOB Autowas, the property is now fully owned by the company operating its car wash activities at the location.
