21-03-2016
Recently PingProperties expanded the lease with BCN B.V. for the Poortgebouw at Daltonlaan in Utrecht by an additional 1,720 m² of training space and 28 extra parking spaces on a long-term basis.
BCN has been accommodated in the Poortgebouw since September 2012, but due to an expansion of activities in Utrecht it needed virtually to double the number of its training rooms. BCN now leases a total of 2,869 m² of training space, which means that the Poortgebouw is fully let except for 260 m2.
Business Centre Nederland (BCN) provides a range of multifunctional rooms in a number of towns and cities. These modern facilities are offered on the basis of a full-service concept and are ideal locations for training sessions and programmes, courses, workshops, business gatherings and meetings.
