BCN Utrecht huurt kantoorruimte aan de Daltonlaan 700 te Utrecht

PingProperties Office fund I heeft per 1 september 2012 een langjarige huurovereenkomst afgesloten met BCN Utrecht voor circa 810 m² kantoorruimte en 13 parkeerplaatsen in het Poortgebouw gelegen aan de Daltonlaan 700 te Utrecht.
BCN is gehuisvest in het naastgelegen identieke gebouw en wenste uit te breiden. Het Poortgebouw was voor BCN dan ook een logische keuze en de kantoorruimte zal geheel in dezelfde stijl worden ingericht.
Het Poortgebouw is onderdeel van kantorenpark Archiparc, een representatief kantorenpark bestaande uit zes kantoorgebouwen, gecentreerd rond een waterpartij. De zes kantoorgebouwen zijn elk ontworpen door gerenommeerde Nederlandse architectenbureaus met een eigen signatuur. Het totaal verhuurbare vloeroppervlak van het gebouw bedraagt 3.314 m² en voor de verhuur is nog circa 800 m² beschikbaar op de eerste verdieping.
BCN (Business Centre Nederland) biedt professionele en multifunctionele locaties voor zakelijke bijeenkomsten, vergaderingen, opleidingen en trainingen in Rotterdam en Utrecht.

PingProperties signs new lease with Trekpleister for Stadshart Daily Plaza in Zoetermeer
PingProperties has signed a new long-term lease with ‘Trekpleister’ for Stadshart Daily Plaza covered shopping centre in Zoetermeer. The chemist will lease around 250 m² of retail space on the first floor opposite Dirk supermarket. Trekpleister expects to open its doors in festive style in December, at the same time as Dirk.
