PingProperties & BOB Autowas building a hypermodern carwash
27-09-2019
On behalf of one of its funds, PingProperties is joining forces with BOB Autowas to build a hypermodern carwash at the Cornelisland business park in Ridderkerk. By purchasing the land and financing this development, the fund will be the owner of this site. This collaboration will help BOB Autowas achieve its strategic objectives, while PingProperties will create an excellent addition to its existing portfolio. A good example of how a long-term and good relationship with the lessee can lead to the further development of an investment portfolio.
The new site in Ridderkerk, situated immediately next to the intersection of the A15 and A16 motorways, will increase considerably the coverage of BOB Autowas in the Rijnmond region, adding to the existing BOB Autowas carwashes in Rotterdam Zuid and Schiedam. The opening of the Ridderkerk carwash is expected in May 2020.
