PingProperties reaches lease agreement with Lamboo Medical for new business development at the Dutch Tech Campus

PingProperties has reached a lease agreement with Lamboo Medical for an office development to be built at the Dutch Tech Campus. For its European operations and its main office, Lamboo Medical will be leasing around 13,500 m² of production space and 1,100 m² of office space. Lamboo Medical is the market leader in the development and construction of innovative mobile medical accommodations such as modular portable MRI machines, CT scanners, cath labs, mammography and PET-CT scanners. There is a widespread global interest in these unique medical accommodations, equipped with the latest technologies. Due to its exponential growth, Lamboo Medical is tripling its production capacity in Europe, though the new gas-free facility will fully accommodate its ambitions of achieving completely carbon-neutral production by 2030.

With these innovative medical care solutions, Lamboo Medical will enrich the Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer. Lamboo Medical is expected to move to the campus at the end of 2022.
Developing the Dutch Tech Campus
By attracting Lamboo Medical as a tenant, PingProperties has taken the third important step in developing the Dutch Tech Campus. The building qualifies as one of the best industrial buildings on the A12 motorway, partly due to its location next to the station, right on the A12. That is reinforced by its hi-tech specifications and lofty sustainability goals. In late 2020, Siemens Mobility also committed to the campus for several years. Furthermore, currently the final work is being done on the new development for Topcon Europe Positioning – a Japanese hi-tech positioning company.
The arrival of Lamboo Medical, Topcon Europe Positioning and the lease extension with Siemens Mobility reinforce PingProperties’ ambition to create a sustainable, future-proof campus for businesses focusing on smart mobility, ICT and health care.

Cascade office complex in Groningen is Paris Proof ready

PingProperties develops Stadshart Daily Plaza in collaboration with Van Wijnen construction company
PingProperties recently signed a building contract with Van Wijnen for the development of the covered shopping arcade in Stadshart Zoetermeer (approx. 13,000 m² GFA), which is being transformed into the ‘Stadshart Daily Plaza’ daily convenience centre.
