PingProperties renews lease with Nidos Foundation for Eudokiaplein

PingProperties has reached agreement with the Nidos Foundation (Stichting Nidos) on the renewal of the lease at Eudokiaplein in Rotterdam Noord. This lease renewal means that the Nidos Foundation will remain part of the Eudokiaplein health centre, where it has already been based for the last 15 years. The complex’s strategic location and good accessibility are a major advantage for the Foundation as it is in the heart of the district and close to Rotterdam Central Station. The Nidos Foundation also ties in perfectly with the identity and philosophy of the health centre as it adds social value to the centre and the district.
About the Eudokiaplein health centre
Eudokiaplein Health Centre is part of the Eudokiaplein business and retail centre, centrally located in an increasingly sought after, trendy district where many homes for starters and young families will be added to the housing stock during the coming years. At present the Health Centre consists of offices focusing on healthcare and welfare. Thanks to the mix of lessees (including a general medical practice, the Youth and Family Centre (Centrum voor Jeugd en Gezin), the Sarya Foundation, the Nidos Foundation, the BforYou Foundation, TULP Educatie and the ASVZ Foundation) together with the presence of the subdistrict offices for Rotterdam Noord, the complex fulfils an important health and welfare function in the district. About the Nidos Foundation
The Nidos Foundation is a nationwide guardianship organization specifically for unaccompanied minor refugees and asylum seekers. Nidos ensures that these young people are assigned a guardian and also arranges accommodation for some of them. PingProperties develops Stadshart Daily Plaza in collaboration with Van Wijnen construction company
