PingProperties welcomes new lessee Solarfields Cascade complex, Groningen

PingProperties recently signed a new lease with Solarfields, which will lease approx. 631 m² of office space in the Cascade complex at Emmasingel 4 in Groningen. PingProperties is delighted to welcome this market leader in sustainable energy as a new lessee. Solarfields will move into its new offices on the 4th floor in early 2020.

 

About Cascade complex
At present the entire complex is being upgraded in phases to achieve Energy label A. Sustainability improvements have already been made to two parts of the building, including replacing the lighting with LEDs, while the plans to improve the sustainability of the other parts of the building have been completed. The entire Cascade complex has approx. 34,000 m² of office space and accommodates large organizations, including the Central Government Real Estate Agency (Rijksvastgoedbedrijf), the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV) and the Land Registry (Kadaster).
