PingProperties expands its development department

Thanks to the considerable expansion of PingProperties’ portfolio, on 1 August we will be further strengthening our team in the (re)development department.
Sustainable development and redevelopment of existing buildings and outdated office parks has been a major cornerstone of PingProperties’ activities for many years. At present the portfolio offers several development and redevelopment opportunities, such as our Tulip Inn Amsterdam Airport Hotel at Schiphol, the PingProperties Corporate Office Fund III in Arnhem and the Yugoslavia Tribunal in The Hague.
Esther Moeke will therefore be joining our team on 1 August as (re)development manager. Esther obtained her Master’s degree in Property at Groningen University and has been working since 2015 as development manager with Aedes Real Estate.

PingProperties signs new lease with Trekpleister for Stadshart Daily Plaza in Zoetermeer
PingProperties has signed a new long-term lease with ‘Trekpleister’ for Stadshart Daily Plaza covered shopping centre in Zoetermeer. The chemist will lease around 250 m² of retail space on the first floor opposite Dirk supermarket. Trekpleister expects to open its doors in festive style in December, at the same time as Dirk.

Cascade office complex in Groningen is Paris Proof ready
The Cascade complex, situated at a unique location next to Groningen central railway station, is well on the way to becoming fully Paris Proof. Thanks to sustainable investments in cooperation with PingProperties and its tenant, the Central Government Real Estate Agency, actual energy consumption per m2 has been drastically reduced and the complex will be fully Paris Proof well before 2040, making Cascade ready for a sustainable future.
