PingProperties concludes a number of lease transactions

Language Partners & Squla
With effect from 1 June 2014 PingProperties has extended the lease with Language Partners for 289 m² of office space in Sarphati Plaza, Amsterdam on a long-term basis. Language Partners organizes business language training courses in 52 languages for the business sector and government bodies, and collaborates at an international level with renowned language institutions in Belgium, France, Denmark and the United Kingdom.

PingProperties has also concluded a long-term lease in the Sarphati Plaza building in Amsterdam with Squla for 333 m² of office space and 3 parking spaces. Squla has developed a platform that is designed to encourage children to learn at home in a more enjoyable way. Squla targets primary school children from years 1 to 8 and promises to be an excellent addition to regular school lessons.

Sarphati Plaza is a striking office building in the bustling heart of Amsterdam, close to the renowned Amstel Hotel and the Rhijnspoorplein/ Wibautstraat intersection.

Burger King
In the Alexandrium building in Rotterdam PingProperties has extended the lease with Burger King for 396 m² of office space and 12 parking spaces. The office building is directly above the Alexandrium I / Oosterhof shopping centre.

Arko Sports Media
In the Park Rijnhuijsen III building in Nieuwegein PingProperties has extended the lease with Arko Sports for 458 m² of office space and 12 parking spaces. Arko Sports Media is an independent publishing company which produces sports publications for professionals.

The properties leased by Language Partners, Squla and Burger King form part of the PingProperties Office fund II, while the property leased by Arko Sports is part of the PingProperties Office fund III.
