This full-service administrative firm for entrepreneurs will be leasing a total of 404 m² LFA on the first floor of the office building at Lichtenauerlaan 80 in Rotterdam and will have 8 dedicated parking spaces. The building is located at the northern end of the Brainpark II office park and has Energy label A.
Steven Lagerwij, Founder of Entrpnr Finance: ‘It is important for us as a fast-growing organization to give our staff an inspiring and professional workplace.
The building on Lichtenauerlaan offers us just such a workplace. Our contact with PingProperties progressed really well. Its no-nonsense approach suits Entrpnr perfectly, and we look forward to enjoying a long-term business relationship with PingProperties!’
About Lichtenauerlaan 80
PingProperties purchased the Blauwhoed building in August 2019 on behalf of one of its investors by means of a long-term sale-and-leaseback arrangement. The office building, part of which accommodates property developer Blauwhoed’s head office, is at the northern end of the Brainpark II office park in Rotterdam. The office park, which was developed by Blauwhoed itself in 1999, comprises twelve prestigious office buildings and is laid out along a tree-lined avenue. The generously sized plot is landscaped with plenty of green space and ample parking spaces. The location is characterized by its excellent accessibility thanks to its position directly alongside the A16 motorway (Rotterdam/Breda/Antwerp) and the proximity of Kralingse Zoom metro station. The building itself is clearly visible from the A16.
Secondment company Maandag® also recently concluded a lease with the previous lessor through De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting, and so now the building is fully let.
