PingProperties sells S-DOCK The Villa to Elixir Engineers

PingProperties recently sold the S-DOCK office building The Villa to owner-occupier Elixir Engineers. The office building is situated at Karel Doormanweg 48 in Schiedam, right next to the A4 motorway. The building has 4 floors with a lettable floor area of 2,197 m2 and accompanying parking spaces.

The sales process of S-DOCK The Villa forms part of a strategic repositioning of the buildings within the S-DOCK complex. Following the announced departure of SBM Offshore in 2024, PingProperties decided to reposition the high-rise office building for lease under the name of S-DOCK and offer the low-rise building for sale under the name of S-DOCK The Villa. PingProperties was advised on the sale by De Mik Real Estate Partners.
