PingProperties concludes long-term lease with Overload Worldwide

PingProperties has concluded a long-term lease with Overload Worldwide for Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer. Overload Worldwide has signed the lease, which took effect on 1 November 2022, for 443 m² of office space on the ground floor of the building at Werner von Siemensstraat 7. Overload Worldwide is a training institution for physical training, injury treatments and nutrition & health, which perfectly fits in with the theme of Dutch Tech Campus, namely IT, Education and Health. It will also be a valuable addition by facilitating one-to-one training sessions for users of Dutch Tech Campus. Overload Worldwide has refurbished the interior of the building and created various luxury spaces that businesses can hire as meeting rooms or presentation spaces.
