PingProperties, in collaboration with the construction firm Aan de Stegge Twello, has delivered a new building of approx. 4,900 m² to Topcon Europe Positioning. The building comprises high-quality business space, office space and 50 parking spaces. Thanks to this development, Topcon Europe Positioning is now based on Dutch Tech Campus at Werner von Siemensstraat 35 in Zoetermeer.
Last April the first pile was driven for Topcon Europe Positioning’s new business premises. The specially designed, exceptionally sustainable and gas-free building brings Topcon Europe Positioning’s operations to a higher level, thanks to much more efficient business processes and space to grow. Alongside the recent handover of the Siemens building and the contracting of Lamboo Medical, the completion of Topcon Europe Positioning’s building is an important milestone in the development of the sustainable and future-proof campus.
On Wednesday 3 November the modern and sustainable building was officially opened in the presence of PingProperties, Topcon Europe Positioning, the Municipality of Zoetermeer and Aan de Stegge Twello.
Bram Harding, Head of Development at PingProperties: ‘We are proud to welcome the worldwide market leader in GPS systems.
