PingProperties develops new business centre for Topcon at DTC

PingProperties develops a brand-new, stand-alone business centre at Dutch Tech Campus for Topcon Europe Positioning B.V. Upon completion of the building, which will be developed on Werner von Siemensstraat, Topcon will lease a floor area of 3,350 m², together with offices and parking spaces. At the end of last year Topcon had already expressed its wish to relocate to DTC for the long term. Recently PingProperties and Topcon agreed on a new site, paving the way for the development of a stand-alone business centre for Topcon. The excellent location and synergy benefits of the campus played an important role in choosing DTC. Topcon is expected to move to the campus in the summer of 2021.

Development
This project marks PingProperties’ second important step in the further development of Dutch Tech Campus. Recently Siemens Mobility also stated that it would be based on the campus for the long term. The arrival of Topcon and the lease extension with Siemens Mobility are perfectly in keeping with PingProperties’ ambition to develop the campus further as a fully-fledged, sustainable campus for businesses focusing on smart technology, ICT and logistics.
