PingProperties extends lease with Anytime Fitness

PingProperties has reached agreement with Anytime Fitness on a long-term extension of the lease for Middeldijkerplein 93-95 in the Carnisse Veste shopping centre in Barendrecht. The total lettable floor area of the business space is 591 m².
Anytime Fitness has been a lessee at the Carnisse Veste shopping centre since 2019. This lease extension fits in perfectly with PingProperties’ vision to attract lessees to the shopping centre for the long term.
