PingProperties extends lease with Nelson Schoenen in the Passage Schiedam shopping centre

PingProperties has reached agreement with Nelson Schoenen for a long-term extension of the lease in the Passage shopping centre, located in the heart of Schiedam. The total lettable floor area comprises 366 m² of business space. Nelson Schoenen occupies retail premises in Passage Schiedam alongside the leading shoe brand ECCO.
By extending the lease for the long term, Nelson Schoenen is expressing its confidence in the future of the shopping centre. This extension is in keeping with Ping Properties’ vision to commit lessees to the Passage shopping centre for the long term.

Passage Schiedam shopping centre
Passage Schiedam is superbly situated in the historic centre of Schiedam and is the largest and oldest covered shopping centre in the town. Around 68 retail units are found in the shopping centre, spread across a ground floor and three upper floors. The complex has a floor area of approx. 18,300 m² LFA, as well as a five-level underground car park with 280 parking spaces.
