PingProperties is extending the lease with Reconext, demonstrating its commitment to further improving the sustainability of Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer.
PingProperties has extended the lease for the long term with Reconext, one of the largest tenants at Dutch Tech Campus (DTC) in Zoetermeer since 2004. By extending this lease, both parties are taking the next step in the ongoing and sustainable development of the campus and strengthening the position of DTC as a premier location for technology companies.

As part of extending this lease, PingProperties is investing heavily in renovating and improving the sustainability of the buildings to achieve energy label A. The lease extension also marks an important milestone in the collaboration between PingProperties and Reconext, which is active in the refurbishment of high-tech IT equipment.
