PingProperties, KlokGroep and BPD have embarked on a joint venture for the development of a new residential neighbourhood in Arnhem

Since 2012 PingProperties has owned approx. 6.5 hectares of land with approx. 70,000 m² of office and laboratory buildings on Velperweg in Arnhem. In June this year PingProperties also purchased the adjacent former industrial site of ENKA covering an area of approx. 7.1 hectares. The entire area now owned by PingProperties covers a total of 13.6 hectares.
On approx. 5 hectares of this site KlokGroep and BPD are developing a residential neighbourhood with a high-quality living environment. This development will be carried out in close consultation with PingProperties, since on the remaining 8 hectares PingProperties will be developing further a sustainable campus focusing on generating employment and providing educational facilities. In this way PingProperties will be contributing to the creation of a pleasant living and working environment and a good quality of life in the area.

PingProperties recently sold the S-DOCK office building The Villa to owner-occupier Elixir Engineers. The office building is situated at Karel Doormanweg 48 in Schiedam, right next to the A4 motorway. The building has 4 floors with a lettable floor area of 2,197 m2 and accompanying parking spaces.
