PingProperties renews lease with Intertoys in Passage Schiedam shopping centre
25-04-2023
PingProperties has renewed the lease with Intertoys for the long term, for approx. 325 m² of retail space. This renewal is perfectly in keeping with PingProperties’ vision to retain long-term tenants in Passage Schiedam.
Intertoys has been a tenant in the shopping centre since 2019. Its branch in the Passage is a successful store and is confident in the future of the shopping centre and the town. It sees excellent potential in the urban regeneration of Schiedam.
Sustainability
PingProperties and Intertoys are taking further steps together to improve the sustainability of the retail unit. All the lighting, for example, is being replaced by sustainable LED lighting.
