PingProperties renews lease with PharmaPartners

PingProperties has renewed the lease with PharmaPartners for the ‘America Tower’ building located at Wilhelminakanaal Zuid 110 in Oosterhout. The total lettable floor area in the building is 2,239 m² of office space, together with 69 parking spaces. PharmaPartners has leased offices in the America Tower since 2010.
About America Tower
America Tower is a striking office building situated in Oosterhout. It has an attractive waterfront location and is easily accessible thanks to its close proximity to the A27 motorway. The building is owned by Corporate Office Fund VI C.V. and has the best features by far in the area as regards sustainability, parking spaces and technology. America Tower also offers shared amenities such as a company restaurant and a reception.
