PingProperties signs four leases in De Argonaut

PingProperties has signed four leases for a total of around 3,065 m2 in De Argonaut, right next to Amersfoort Central Station. CDR International is a new tenant moving into the building, Z-CERT has chosen to sign a new long-term lease again for De Argonaut, and SimaPro and NS are both extending their leases.

These four leases mean that De Argonaut is assured not only of one new occupant, but also a long-term commitment from three organizations who know the building well. For PingProperties, this confirms the appeal of De Argonaut as an office location at one of the most accessible spots in Amersfoort.

NS extends lease for office and retail space
NS has extended the lease for its office and retail space on the ground floor of the building. This extension is for around 1,560 m² LFA, of which around 730 m² is office space and 830 m² retail space. NS has been at this location since the completion of the building in 1997, and with this extension, it will remain associated with De Argonaut in the years to come.

Z-CERT choosing again to remain at De Argonaut
Stichting Z-CERT is also committing itself again to De Argonaut for the long term. Z-CERT operates as a non-profit expertise centre for cybersecurity in the healthcare sector. The organization already has its offices in the building and has signed a new, comprehensive lease with PingProperties that reconfirms the existing agreements. The lease is for around 600 m² of office space on the 7th floor.

SimaPro concentrating its business on the 9th floor
SimaPro B.V., known as PRé Sustainability and a tenant in De Argonaut for many years, has also chosen to remain in the building. The company is vacating its office space on the 8th floor and since 1 October 2026 has concentrated all its business activities on the 9th floor. SimaPro will continue to lease around 589 m² LFA of office space on this floor. SimaPro is a Dutch software developer for life-cycle analyses (LCA). The organization has been part of the Finnish group One Click LCA since September 2025.

CDR International moving to the 8th floor
CDR International is taking over SimaPro’s former space on the 8th floor, comprising around 313 m² of office space. CDR International B.V. is an engineering and consultancy firm in the water sector, with worldwide operations and its roots in the Netherlands.
