PingProperties has signed a lease agreement with Delica Fresh Food Market and Dezza Butcher’s Shop, operated by local entrepreneur Baris Özdemir, at Stadshart Daily Plaza Zoetermeer. The two new stores will soon open at Luxemburglaan 156 and 158.
The two retail units, comprising 114 sqm and 136 sqm respectively, will focus on fresh food products and daily convenience shopping. The arrival of the fresh food market and butcher’s shop further strengthens Daily Plaza’s retail offering and responds to the needs of its visitors. Daily Plaza has been developed as a destination where visitors can shop for groceries, fresh products and daily essentials. The addition of this local entrepreneur aligns with this vision and contributes to a vibrant and distinctive retail mix.
