PingProperties signs lease with Human Company in Koploper Amersfoort

PingProperties has signed a new lease for the long term with Human Company for around 500 m2 in the Koploper building in Amersfoort. Human Company has been based in the building since 2015 and this new lease enables it to expand its office space to secure the organization’s growth. It will therefore relocate from the 2nd floor to the 4th floor.
About Koploper Amersfoort
Right next to Amersfoort Central intercity station is the ultra-modern office building known as the Koploper, with a floor area of 10,000 m2, an internal car park for around 182 cars and less than a 10-minute drive from the A1 and A28 motorways. The Koploper is the building next to the Argonaut building that PingProperties bought at the start of the year, and through targeted investments has repositioned it as a market leader in Amersfoort’s station district as regards brand identity and sustainability. The building is therefore entirely gas-free, solar panels have been installed and LED lighting is being fitted throughout the building. The Koploper currently has energy label A, but PingProperties intends to increase this comfort level further to energy label A+++ with a BREEAM In-Use Very Good certificate.

PingProperties recently sold the S-DOCK office building The Villa to owner-occupier Elixir Engineers. The office building is situated at Karel Doormanweg 48 in Schiedam, right next to the A4 motorway. The building has 4 floors with a lettable floor area of 2,197 m2 and accompanying parking spaces.
