PingProperties signs long-term lease agreement with Augias Schoonmakers for De Koploper in Amersfoort

Augias Schoonmakers B.V. (“Augias”) has signed a lease agreement for approximately 271 sqm of office space, 100 sqm of storage space and eight parking spaces in De Koploper, located at Stationsplein 89 in Amersfoort.

With this agreement, Augias has made a deliberate choice for the qualities offered by De Koploper. The combination of its prime location directly adjacent to Amersfoort Central intercity railway station, its high-quality specification and strong sustainability credentials were key considerations in selecting this location. The building provides a modern and representative working environment that aligns with the organisation’s ambitions, ESG objectives and continued growth strategy.

For Augias, the move to De Koploper represents a conscious step towards achieving its ESG objectives. The building’s location next to a major intercity railway station encourages sustainable commuting for employees and contributes to reducing CO₂ emissions.
