PingProperties signs long-term lease with Cotecna Inspection Netherlands for S-DOCK in Schiedam

PingProperties has concluded another new lease for its S-DOCK office building in Schiedam: Cotecna Inspection Netherlands has signed a long-term lease for around 377 m² of office space and 8 parking spaces, and is expected to move into the building in March 2026.
For the lease of this office space on the 5th floor, the space will be delivered in white-box condition, including LED lighting. The building is being fully renovated, with the ground floor undergoing a complete refit for general use with a modern manned reception, coffee bar, lunch restaurant and meeting facilities. The new outdoor terrace will be a pleasant area to relax and bring people together.
S-DOCK
The office building has a striking design and is situated at Karel Doormanweg 66 in Schiedam, right next to the A4 motorway. The building has 12 floors with a lettable floor area of 8,830 m2 and an indoor car park for 182 cars. Due to the announced departure of SBM Offshore at the end of last year, PingProperties has repositioned the office building under a new name: S-DOCK (www.s-dock.nl). PingProperties anticipates considerable letting potential in this striking building, combining marketable floor areas with a high level of sustainability and quality.
The building is being transformed into a sustainable building with a contemporary appearance and strong brand identity. It is also extremely easy to reach by public transport and car. Upon completion, S-DOCK will meet the highest sustainability standards: Energy label A++ and BREEAM In-use Very Good.

PingProperties lets vacant units in the Koploper in Amersfoort
In February PingProperties renewed and added extra office space to long-term leases with three tenants in the Koploper building, located at Stationsplein 89 in Amersfoort. The tenants are Stichting Toegepast Onderzoek Waterbeheer (STOWA), Alzheimer Nederland and Trans Link Systems.
