PingProperties starts building development for Topcon at Dutch Tech Campus
15-02-2021
PingProperties has signed a contract with the building firm Aan de Stegge Twello for the construction of high-quality commercial premises for Topcon Europe Positioning BV at the Dutch Tech Campus (DTC) on Werner von Siemensstraat in Zoetermeer.
All the preparations have been made and the environmental permit is irrevocable, marking the start of construction. Once the building has been completed, Topcon will lease approx. 4,500 m² of floor space comprising high-quality offices, business space and 50 parking spaces. The excellent location and synergetic benefits of the campus have played an important role in Topcon’s decision to move to the DTC. The building is expected to be completed in October 2021, so that Topcon can move to the campus in the fourth quarter of 2021. PingProperties looks forward to building a long-term relationship with this Japanese high-tech company at the DTC.
Development
The start of building work is another important step for PingProperties in the further development of the Dutch Tech Campus. The arrival of Topcon is perfectly in keeping with PingProperties’ ambition to develop the campus further into a well-established, sustainable campus for IT companies focusing on smart mobility, ICT and e-health & care.
