PingProperties leases almost 2,000 sqm in the Van Bylandt Huis in The Hague
03-06-2014
With effect from 1 April 2015, PingProperties Office Fund I has concluded a long-term lease with Pink+Nelson for approx. 1,914 sqm of office space and 28 parking spaces in the Van Bylandt Huis. This building is located on Benoordenhoutseweg 46 in The Hague, on the corner of the N44 main road and the A12 motorway and close to the central station.
The lease will be signed shortly with a second lessee, and it is expected that the building will be fully let this year.
The Van Bylandt Huis is a historic office building with a robust and grand appearance. Two symmetrical wings give the building its striking form.
The interior of the building has recently been modernized to a very high standard, using sustainable technology while maintaining its classical external appearance. The old traditions and atmosphere have also been preserved, and the interior has been given a modern interpretation of an office environment of the 1930s which nevertheless meets today’s requirements.
Pink+Nelson is the holding company of a number of businesses which are involved in a range of activities including the operation and management of car parks, as well as holdings in the telephone services sector.
