PingProperties verhuurt circa 1.556 m² in gebouw de Bijster in Breda

PingProperties Office fund II heeft per 1 oktober 2013 een huurovereenkomst afgesloten met een wereldspeler uit de AGF-sector voor circa 1.556 m² kantoorruimte en 35 parkeerplaatsen in gebouw de Bijster, gelegen aan Bijster 10-26 te Breda. Middels deze verhuurdeal zal het gebouw bestaande uit totaal circa 5.500 m² volledig en langjarig verhuurd zijn.
Het moderne kantoorgebouw De Bijster maakt onderdeel uit van het A1-kantorengebied ‘Bijster – Claudius Prinsenlaan’ in Breda-Oost. Dit kantorengebied geldt als één van de meest representatieve vestigingslocaties van Breda. Naast de ideale ligging van het kantoorgebouw heeft huurder ook gekozen voor De Bijster omdat het zeer duurzaam is en er vaste servicekosten worden geboden.
PingProperties biedt sinds enige tijd deze innovatieve facilitaire service. Hierbij betaalt de huurder een vast bedrag aan servicekosten gedurende een periode van drie jaar. De huurder wordt daarom niet geconfronteerd met jaarlijks achteraf (tegenvallende) nota’s en administratieve drukte.
