PingProperties leases Matserhuis in Arnhem to Agens and STMG

With effect from 1 July 2010, Agens Nederland B.V. and Stichting Thuiszorg Midden Gelderland (STMG) will be moving to their new offices at Burgemeester Matsersingel 200 in Arnhem. Agens Nederland B.V. has concluded a long-term lease for about 1,100 sqm of office space, while Stichting Thuiszorg Midden Gelderland has also concluded a long-term lease for about 400 sqm of office space.

The Matserhuis office building is located right next to the Gelderse Poort office park and the new residential area of Schuytgraaf. The office building comprises four floors , with each floor having four office wings. Matserhuis is a prestigious building which is flexible in its layout and has ample parking facilities. The office building dates from 1984, and was fully renovated in 2004.

 

Agens Nederland B.V. provides advice and assistance to clients in finding suitable and permanent work or, if that is still a step too far, in pursuing successful, long-term daily activities.

 

Stichting Thuiszorg Midden-Gelderland is a community interest company providing assistance, care and services to all residents in its catchment area in all stages of their lives, to enable them to live and function independently in society.

 

PingProperties was advised by DTZ Zadelhoff and Strijbosch Thunnissen in concluding the lease with Agens Nederland B.V. PingProperties itself concluded the lease with Stichting Thuiszorg Midden Gelderland.

 

The lease has been arranged through the PingProperties Office fund II, managed by PingProperties.
