PingProperties lets Laanderpoort I and II in Amsterdam to ING Bank

PingProperties has extended the lease with tenant ING Bank NV for a long term. It concerns a lease agreement of approximately 12,850 sq.m. office space and 208 parking places, located at Bijlmerdreef 98, 100 and 102 in Amsterdam Southeast.

 

Part of the agreement is to upgrade the buildings in consultation with tenant. In relation to sustainability the energy label of the buildings will be improved in order to reduce energy consumption. This process will start in 2012 and will be finished in 2013.

 

Laanderpoort I and II together form a single tenant complex with its own parking garage. By car, this area is easily accessible from the A1, A2, A9 and A10. By public transport, the building is easily accessible as well, less than a minute´s walk to the combined metro and train station Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA.

 

The lease with ING was concluded by PingProperties itself. It concerns a letting by the PingProperties Office fund II, managed by PingProperties.
