PingProperties completes sustainability project at Dunea head office in Zoetermeer

The building had already been completely stripped in 2013 and given new facades, resulting in energy label A. PingProperties then turned its attention to achieving further energy reductions within the building. Various steps were taken to reduce energy consumption, such as installing 168 solar panels on the roof, fitting water-saving toilets and replacing all the lighting with energy-saving LED lighting. As a result of these measures, in early 2023 the energy label was improved to A++.
