PingProperties leases Meidoornkade 10 in Houten to Sharp

Sharp Electronics Benelux B.V. has renewed its existing lease of approx. 2,600 sqm of office space and 53 parking spaces for the long term. The company is located at Meidoornkade 10 in Houten.
The building is prominently situated at a high-profile location along the A27 motorway. Meidoornkade is also readily accessible by public transport.
Sharp Electronics Benelux B.V. is a subsidiary of the globally operating Sharp Corporation. Sharp, a Japanese electronics company, was founded in 1912 and now employs nearly 47,000 people worldwide. Its products are sold in 164 countries throughout the world.
Sharp aims to develop products which make life more comfortable, both at home and in the office. Sharp’s product range can be divided into two main categories: business and consumer electronics.
The leased property is part of the PingProperties Office fund II managed by PingProperties.
PingProperties itself effected the lease with Sharp.

PingProperties signs new lease with Trekpleister for Stadshart Daily Plaza in Zoetermeer
PingProperties has signed a new long-term lease with ‘Trekpleister’ for Stadshart Daily Plaza covered shopping centre in Zoetermeer. The chemist will lease around 250 m² of retail space on the first floor opposite Dirk supermarket. Trekpleister expects to open its doors in festive style in December, at the same time as Dirk.
