PingProperties has let Molenburg in Utrecht

MVO Nederland and NIP have concluded a long-term lease. MVO Nederland will lease approx. 1,100 sqm of office space as well as 9 parking spaces. NIP will lease 1,500 sqm of office space and 15 parking spaces, which leaves 450 sqm of lettable floor area remaining in the building.

The building had become vacant due to the departure of ThiemeMeulenhoff to a larger building in Amersfoort, due to the merger of several branches.

The Molenburg building consists of 6 floors, with a 2-storey car park below. it has an inner court and is finished to a high standard. The office building is located on the edge of the city centre within walking distance of the railway station and at a 5 minutes’ drive from the A2 motorway.

MVO Nederland is the national knowledge and network organization for socially responsible business practices. Within the network of MVO Nederland, approx. 1,000 employers’ organizations, companies and NGOs work together in the area of corporate social responsibility.

With almost 13,000 members, NIP is the largest professional association of psychologists in the Netherlands. It represents its members’ interests and offers them a platform for exchanging knowledge. NIP also promotes the practice of psychology in general.
