PingProperties renews lease with North Rotterdam submunicipality at Eudokiaplein in Rotterdam

The North Rotterdam submunicipality, the largest lessee of office space in the complex on Eudokiaplein in Rotterdam, has renewed the present lease for approx. 2,510 sqm of office space and 45 parking spaces for a number of years with effect from 1 August 2010.

 

The complex on Eudokiaplein, consisting of a shopping arcade on the ground floor, offices and a car park under the complex with 218 spaces has an important social function. It is also readily accessible due to its central location within the North Rotterdam submunicipality and is located a short distance from Rotterdam Central Station.
