PingProperties renews lease to Ernst & Young Breda
03-03-2009
Ernst & Young has renewed the existing lease for 1,530 sqm of office space and thirty parking spaces in ‘De Bijster’ office building in Breda for the long term.
De Bijster is located along the southern ring road of Breda, close to the A16 motorway to Rotterdam and Antwerp and the A27 motorway to Utrecht. De Bijster is also easily accessible by public transport. This fact was just one of the reasons why Ernst & Young decided to renew the lease.
Ernst & Young has nineteen branches in the Netherlands, including De Bijster in Breda.
De Bijster is owned by an investment consortium headed by PingProperties. This investment management organization focuses on prime office properties in the commercial property market. PingProperties structures investments through funds and has effected the renewal of this lease.
