Smitsloo Groep buys 'Schuttersveld' te Leiden

Smitsloo Groep, an investor from Oegstgeest, has bought the Schuttersveld office building in Leiden from an investment consortium, led by PingProperties. The property was owned by PingProperties Office Fund II.
The building at Schuttersveld 9 is situated right next to the Central Station and comprises an area of approx. 11,039 sqm and 84 parking spaces. It is fully let on a long-term lease to companies such as Randstad, Stichting Rivierduinen and Samenwerkingsorgaan Holland Rijnland.
In terms of size, this transaction is one of the largest in the Leiden region in the past few years.

PingProperties lets vacant units in the Koploper in Amersfoort
In February PingProperties renewed and added extra office space to long-term leases with three tenants in the Koploper building, located at Stationsplein 89 in Amersfoort. The tenants are Stichting Toegepast Onderzoek Waterbeheer (STOWA), Alzheimer Nederland and Trans Link Systems.
