28-05-2015
Recently the second phase of the upgrade of Siemens Nederland’s head office in The Hague was successfully completed and taken into use by Siemens. During this upgrade the interior of building H2 was completely stripped and rebuilt. Virtually all the systems have been replaced with new, state-of the art systems that meet the requirements of a modern office building.
The buildings will be upgraded one by one in four phases. The total upgrade of the complex will be completed in mid-2016. The end result is an elegant, sustainable building designed to accommodate the New World of Work. Thanks to the upgrade, the complex will be awarded a LEED Gold label.
PingProperties Corporate Office Fund VII acquired the head office of Siemens in The Hague in September 2013. As part of this purchase, the buildings are being thoroughly renovated over a period of three years to achieve the highest possible level of sustainability.
