White Estate Investments sluit overnamedeal Blue Capital

Onlangs heeft White Lane Investements XII, waarvan het asset management wordt gevoerd door White Estate Investments, het onvoorwaardelijke koopcontract getekend voor de overname van de Blue Capital portefeuille van verkoper Wealth Mangement Capital Holding GmbH (WealthCap). De portefeuille bestaat uit 7 kantoorgebouwen in Nederland en omvat een totale investering van circa 76 miljoen euro.
Op 22 februari jl. heeft reeds het transport plaatsgevonden van het eerste kantoorgebouw. Het object is gelegen op zichtlocatie vanaf de rijksweg A20 aan de Marten Meesweg te Rotterdam. Het single tenant gebouw is langjarig verhuurd aan het energiebedrijf Eneco N.V. en omvat een totale verhuurbare vloeroppervlakte van circa 13.190 m2. Tevens zijn er 289 parkeerplaatsen op eigen terrein aanwezig. Het transport van de overige kantoorgebouwen volgen medio maart a.s..
De verkoop van de Blue Capital portefeuille vond plaats middels een besloten verkoopprocedure. Colliers International trad in deze transactie op als adviseur van WealthCap en Jones Lang Lasalle adviseerde White Estate Investments.
WealthCap, een 100% dochteronderneming van het Duitse Hypo Veriensbank AG, werd opgericht in 2007 om het management te voeren over drie gesloten fondsen (Blue Capital GmbH, H.F.S. HYPO-Fondsbeteiligungen für Sachwerte GmbH en HVB FondsFinance GmbH).
